In the rare
event of a product being at fault, please notify us by email within
7 days of receiving item. we will replace or refund it without any
fuss or argument*. If there is no fault with the item, please be
aware that a charge of up to 20% of sale will be made to cover our
packing & postage and handling fees**. Please ensure you obtain
Proof of Postage when returning an item. For items over £30
in value, it is recommended that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery
or other similar tracking service.
*Please be aware though
that, as stated on each page of this site, once all the stock from
the business closure is gone, it will not be replaced. Therefore,
it may be necessary to refund as there is a strong likelihood that
we will not be able to replace.
